Make perlfunc link to the correct section of perlop for q//, qq//,qx//, and qw//

Howdy,

The perlfunc entries for q//, qq//, qx//, and qw// link to the Regexp
Quote-Like Operators section of perlop, whereas they're actually
documented in the Quote-Like Operators section of same.  The attached
patch fixes the link.
