hey all,
I saw this webpage
* http://tinyurl.com/43zztx
*about an O'Reilly open source conference, and something really caught my
eye.
Scroll down a bit, and Neil Watkiss of ActiveState gave a talk about a
seamless perl/XS debugger.
Anyone who is doing any debugging with C extensions to perl knows exactly
how much pain one goes through in doing so.. so I'd *really* like to have
something like this. And barring that, to know the general approach that he
took so I could build it myself.
So - did this ever get released into the wild, and/or make it to perl5.10?
I'm cross-posting to perl5-porters in the hope that a larger crowd might
know something, and hopefully get others interested in such a project..
Thanks much,
Ed
