In perl 5.10.0, perlpodspec says under =encoding
which must be an encoding name that Encoding recognizes.
(Encoding's list of supported encodings, in Encoding::Supported,
I think that might be meant to be Encode::Supported, as there doesn't
seem to be an Encoding::Supported.
