Net::SMTP documentation patch

Hello, porters.

Now Net::SMTP has error check in example and makes several things more
clear in documentation (like requirement for Authen::SASL for auth).
Should be valid for 5.8.9, 5.10.0 and 5.11.0.

P.S. This patch was sent 1.5 years ago. Nobody replied.
