New releases of Math::BigInt and friends

Moin,

I just uploaded the following releases to CPAN:

	Math::BigInt v1.88
	Math::BigRat v0.21
	Math::BigInt::FastCalc v0.16
	bignum v0.23

These releases are basically 100% identical to the code that shipped 
with Perl v5.10 - plus the newest Module::Install package etc.

After closing all the old bug reports so far I have only one new bug in 
Math::BigFloat and one in BigRat.

Currently I am waiting what CPAN-TESTERS say to the just released stuff 
to see if more creeps up.
