This is a bug report for perl from dgatwood@mac.com,
generated with the help of perlbug 1.35 running under perl v5.8.8.

The manual page for "Cyrus::SIEVE::managesieve" is pretty bad.
It doesn't say much at all about the functionality, and adds
"blah blah blah" as filler. That's pretty embarrassing. From
the man page:
NAME
Cyrus::SIEVE::managesieve - Perl extension for blah blah
blah
SYNOPSIS
use Cyrus::SIEVE::managesieve;
blah blah blah
DESCRIPTION
Call sieve_get_handle to get a handle for further calls.
sieve_get_error will return a string representing the last
error, if any.
Blah blah blah.
