[PATCH revised] Correcting 64-bit support when using "use64bitall"

Hi all,

As H.Merjin noted, I could have used the "config.over" scheme to do what
I did with CBU's. So, this revision of the patch just affects the
hints/linux.sh file and generates a "config.over" file that is
responsible for changing the value of $lddlflags.
