Hi,

If I am not mistaken the communication between the perl porters and the
various downstream distributors is thin. I think the same is true between
the CPAN module authors and the various downstream distributors.

I hope to slightly improve the situation by trying to first collect information
about the various distributors and then to collect the pains they might have
in re-packaging perl and CPAN modules.

For this I originally started CPAN::Porters but now I moved most of it to

http://www.perlfoundation.org/perl5/index.cgi?distributions

and included the wish-list collected from the Debian packagers into

http://www.perlfoundation.org/perl5/index.cgi?cpan_packaging

I'd really appreciate your help in locating more information about who is
packaging perl and the CPAN modules and how to reach them.
If you don't want to edit the wiki, just send me the info in an email,
I'll paste it there.
