[PATCH] Lexical Fatal.pm and autodie.pm (feedback appreciated)

G'day p5p,

I've got my first cut of lexical Fatal aka 'autodie'[1] (previously known as
lethal) working. The code still needs clean-up (yes, the original Fatal had
inconsistent indentation), the documentation needs to be extended, I'd like
to swat the "don't use Fatal for subs that return lists" bug, and I want a
bunch more tests for everything.

But right now it works, and I always love getting feedback (good or bad). I
expect to have a more polished version out no later than Sunday (GMT+11) for
anyone who wishes to wait for it.

I also have the entire thing checked into a git branch on my local machine.
  I'm still a git-fu white-belt, so any hints on how I can/should expose
these changes in a better way than just a patch is appreciated.

All the best, and thanks so very very much for all the excellent feedback,
advice, and assistance provided,

	Paul

[1] Suggestions on the name are still welcome, as it's trivial to change.
Rafael indicated that Juerd's 'autodie' suggestion looked good, and I assume
pumpkings are trumps.
