Which version of File::Temp is in blead now? I thought that V0.20 fixed 
that test problem a couple of weeks ago.

I apologize for not getting 0.19 and 0.20 out in time for perl 5.10 and I 
will try to get a 0.21 out soon with a fix for the cygwin problem.
