Hello, all.

The configpm is used to generate file lib/Config.pm, which is fine.
Location of Config.pm could be changed for cross-compilation, which is
also fine.

Then 'heavy' part was added, and path to this file is either passed as
argument, or is predetermined, which is not fine (it should be at same
directory)

Then "Config.pod" generation also added in a third way, which
invalidates previous two.

I propose to remove all the logic of type
  $Config_PM = $ARGV[0] || 'lib/Config.pm';
because  these line of code do not have such amount of flexibility that
they claim.

I'll send a fixer patch, if no-one objects.
