Hello, all,

attached is the first part of cross-compiling on linux.
This makes cross-compilation to be about 65% finished.

Miniperl is built on HOST and then full perl built for target, as it
should be.

I hope the patch will be applied, so I'll clean and sharpen approach
within next catch or two.
