If you have installed a perl somewhere and then build with the
makefile pointing at the same place then embed.t can fail because it
ends up using the old perls header files. We shouldnt use paths where
we are going to install to until we actually have installed. :-)

Anyway, this fixes it.

This explains why Steve Hay has passing smokes (unthreaded) and my
failures (unthreaded).  I guess he doesnt have anything installed in
the default location for the win32 Makefiles, and I for reasons of
lazyness do. :-)
