Problems with current maintperl

I've been trying out my meagre CPAN offerings with the current
maintperl, and have found a couple of problems.

Firstly, I noticed two warnings from ppport_h.PL when building maintperl:

WARNING: no such directory: C:\p5p\maintperl\ext\Compress\Raw\Zlib
WARNING: no such directory: C:\p5p\maintperl\ext\Digest\SHA

Those modules aren't in maint, so they shouldn't be listed in mkppport.lst.

Secondly, my Win32-SharedFileOpen module now fails a bunch of tests. I
logged this problem as bug #41026 when it started happening with
bleadperl, but it never got fixed and the changes concerned have now
been integrated into maintperl.
