I'd downloaded it from

PCH = Recompiled header. It's empty in my example, so it doesn't
influence at all.

I haven't c:/perl folder at all. :)
Now I install perl-5.8.8 instead of unstable perl-5.9.4 and all work
correctly. :) May be I'd made mistake in perl-5.9.4 installation.
Meanwhile, all suits me.
