The official way is:

   perl -MExtUtils::Embed -e ldopts

and that does no longer include DynaLoader.a
(at least in blead; I don't have a maintperl
build at the moment.)

Or for maint only, include an empty DynaLoader.a.

(Is there a portable way to build an empty library?)
