This is a bug report for perl from bsdz@numeninest.com,
generated with the help of perlbug 1.35 running under perl v5.8.8.

During install of snapshot building with Visual Studio 2005. The new 
manifest files are not automatically installed
thus causing application initialization issues. Here is a patch that 
appears to fix the issue:-
