[perl #41701] [PATCH] v5.8.8. pod2html -- F<filename> should add 'class="file"' in the HTML output

This is a bug report for perl from jaalto@cante.cante.net,
generated with the help of perlbug 1.35 running under perl v5.8.8.

An example:

	=pod

	=cut

In the HTML output the F<> and I<> appear the same:

	<em>..</em>

and it is not possible to differentiate these twot in a separate style
sheet. The following patch will produce more suitable HTML output
for F<>:
