Time/HiRes.t timeout too optimistic

In the last weeks I had twice a fail on the Time::HiRes test that was
not reproducable. I blame this line in the test:

    my $waitfor = 90; # 30-45 seconds is normal (load affects this).

I don't know which timeout to suggest but an increase seems necessary.
