Otherwise is rather on-topic for p5p. :-( Specifically, there is *nothing* stopping *anyone* from bundling up more modules, testing that they all work, and shipping a bigger SDK tarball. And then supporting it. Or a host of other ways people propose to improve the core. Working code talks loudest. Such as that timed exit code someone suggested two years ago. Which was a good idea, but could be done as a module. Last I remember was that he went off to implement it...
