[PATCH] "smart match" description in overload.pm is in the middle of "fallback" section

The description of the "smart match" operator had been inserted into
the middle of the "fallback" describtion.  The attached patch moves
it after the end of the "fallback" section.  Maybe it should be moved
even after the "copy constructor" section; I don't really know.
