I've submitted a couple of patches for CPAN.pm http://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=17313 http://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=17315 I don't know whether there's any likelyhood of them being applied for the release, but without them, when CPAN is configured to prefer the Module::Build installation method and MB is then installed, CPAN.pm fails to install all MB modules.
