I see that quite a few of the smoke builds have been failing in DB_File over
the last few days. I assume this is related to the sort/multicall patch,
given that this is what I got when I build bleed on redhat3.

ext/DB_File/t/db-btree....................Sort subroutine didn't return
single value at ../ext/DB_File/t/db-btree.t line 63.
FAILED--expected 197 tests, saw 27

Line 63 is in the middle of the user defined sort sub, below

sub lexical
{
    my(@a) = unpack ("C*", $a) ;
    my(@b) = unpack ("C*", $b) ;

    my $len = (@a > @b ? @b : @a) ;
    my $i = 0 ;

    foreach $i ( 0 .. $len -1) {
        return $a[$i] - $b[$i] if $a[$i] != $b[$i] ; << LINE 63
    }

    return @a - @b ;
}
