Thanks for re-raising this.  I had gained interest in the conversation 
part-way and failed to catch-up on my background reading.  I appreciate 
the enlightenment, and especially appreciate the extra explanation you 
provided in the post which I'm replying to.

I'll make sure that I re-read it and the other posts related to it.  I 
would have done so already, but I'm currently pre-coffee and swamped 
with end-of-financial-year paperwork.  ;(
