I've fleshed out Proc::UID with a lot more functionality, a lot more 
tests, and a lot more documentation.  It now provides what I feel is a 
very consistent and intuitive way of dealing with Unix real, effective 
and saved UIDs.

I'm hoping to gain some feedback from P5P with regards to the proposed 
interface.  Proc::UID 0.02 has just been submitted to CPAN, but a copy 
of the module's documentation can be found at:

Feedback, suggestions, questions, and general discussion are all very 
much appreciated.
