This is a build failure report for perl from david@kineticode.com,
generated with the help of perlbug 1.34 running under perl v5.8.3.

This may be a configuration issue on my box, but I don't know anyting about
semget, so I'm passing this on to those who know better. Basically,
there are three test scripts that fail. Here are the messagges:

ext/IPC/SysV/t/ipcsysv...............semget: No space left on device
FAILED at test 7

ext/IPC/SysV/t/sem...................semget: 28 No space left on device
FAILED at test 1

lib/IPC/SysV.........................semget: No space left on device
FAILED at test 7
