This is a bug report for perl from warren.dodge@tek.com,
generated with the help of perlbug 1.34 running under perl v5.8.3.

In the later versions of perl the libnet module has been included in the main
distribution. However, there is not any hint that it needs to be configured.

In earlier perls you installed the module and it sensed the need for
configuration and asked you for the items it needed.

Perhaps, the make test or make install could offer you to configure
libnet.cfg.

maybe even in configure would work.
