I wholeheartedly agree with this intolerant statement.

Also, I've often remarked that it's very hard to find specific info in
the GNU docs : changes and history ? no. Deviations from the standard ?
nope. Portability issues ? none. Edge cases ? surely you jest. The perl
docs aren't so bad after all.
