I'd be glad to see you people on a warm up, off season YAPC on
February 26, 2004 in Israel. Take advantage of the cheap flights.
For now we set it to one day but if enough of you are coming and
submitting talks we will try to extend to another day.
The dead-line to submit proposals is very close, it is on
30th November 2003
