I don't expect to create another branch.
I'll grab things from //depot/maint-5.6/perl-5.6.2, put them in
//depot/maint-5.6/perl, and release 5.6.3 from this branch.
I've always seen //depot/maint-5.6/perl-5.6.2 as a kind of
temporary workspace to get 5.6.2 "quickly" out. For some
values of quick :-
