The attached patch fixes the two test failures I saw in the release candidate. I think vms/ext/filespec.t was just never tested on a case preserving file system and would have had the same problem in 5.6.1. t/pod/find.t had some VMS-specific hacks that are no longer necessary -- probably the newer File::Find obviated them. Both of these tests have more extensive revisions in 5.8.x. Is there an rsync incantation that will fetch the 5.6.2-to-be? My understanding is that the usual 5.6.x is a diverging branch at the moment. Is that true?Thread Next
