Some of the recent dehackifying necessitates the elimination of some other, VMS-specific hacks.  Otherwise the libsdbm object library never gets built.  Other than that the current status is

[.lib]vmsfspec..........FAILED on test 67
[.pod]find..............FAILED on test 4
Failed 2/238 tests, 94.54% okay.
