I have a box here with a fresh install of Cygwin, gcc-3.3.1, Berkeley
DB 4.1.25, I'm not sure why the DB stuff fails, it didn't fail at my
home box were I built 5.8.2, but when I rebuild DB_File here it fails
too, so I don't care about the DB problems now, probably a problem
with the Cygwin installation here, other failings were seen before,
with any perl version, i.e. 5.8.x.
