If I remember right, it's also the document that takes the longest time to 
parse, because it contains the most paragraph/directives of, well, anything 
anywhere.  Its distribution of words per paragraph is also deeply 
abnormal.  That made it useful as a stress test for Pod 
parsers/formatters.  Whether it has any /other/ use in the world, seems 
unlikely to me.
