FWIW, the same goes for PHP and TCL on that page.  The PHP link is 
first linked to php.apache..org, and from there redirected to 
www.php.net.  But that makes sense to me, as PHP started as a Apache 
module.  The TCL link refers to mod_tcl and related projects, not to 
TCL itself.  So I don't think "Perl" is special in that case.

But I guess it would be more correct if it would say mod_perl, yes   ;-)
