Since it is very like win32, I guess so. I could go to the basement on Monday, 
see if our lonely os/2 machine is still not dead yet, and try some bits on 
the command line (I don't think it has Perl installed, oh wait, I *did* 
install Perl on it, probably 5.0.4 or something horrible outdated like 
that..)
