Follow up on my bug report

I started from scratch again to try and find what broke the Tk

Installing this to the base perl install

install ExtUtils::Command              1.04      1.05  M/MS/MSCHWERN/ExtUtils-MakeMaker-6.16.tar.gz


breaks the install of Tk


cp widget ../blib/script/widget
/proj/wdt/gnu_sun5.8/perl-5.8.0_ithread_malloc1/bin/perl "-MExtUtils::MY" -e "MY->fixin(shift)" ../blib/script/widget
Unrecognized switch: --center  (-h will show valid options).
