Math::BigInt v1.66 pre-release

I fixed two bugs, both discovered by the random test script. Thanx Paul Green 
for the excellent idea!

The first bug was that X % X was not 0, but X in some cases.
The second was that certain results were not ...999999 but ...999998.
I also adjusted the doc for C<Input> (thanx and sorry abigail!) and removed 
the irrelevant section about canonical forms.
Some new tests for the fixed bugs.
