[PATCH@20959] some WinCE compilers require a little correction

Hello perl5-porters,

Once again few tiny but important fixes for WinCE.
(and only ./wince directory is involved)

Once I was testing all builds, I put results in perlce.sourceforge.net

I hope I did not made mistakes somewhere in between.
