There isn't a Tk800.025 yet.
There is a pre-alpha for Tk804.025 (i.e. tk8.4 with perl API of .025)
at http://www.ni-s.u-net.com/upload/Tk804.025.tar.gz

Despite calling it a pre-alpha it is probably the most solid Tk80? to date
(on Linux). It is alpha-ish are there are two one or two oddities in obscure 
corners.

HPUX has always been a pain for Tk as there has never seemed to be a 
standard of where to find the X includes that match the X libraries 
and both seemed to move about.

I have not tried a Tk build with 64bit
