Hallo perl5-porters,

This bugreport:
  RT/perl: Ticket #21824 The Term::ReadKey seems to be broken in
  CygWin Perl 

Can someone with a vanilla Cygwin Perl version (maint5.8 or blead)
test if this is fixed now, please?  I'm always applying an additional
patch which I posted earlier today, at least with this patch
Term::ReadKey is working in maintperl.
