At the very end of lib/ExtUtils/MakeMaker/Tutorial.pod
there's a reference to
L<Module::Setup>
But that module doesn't appear to exist on CPAN,
nor is it part of the standard distribution.
Newbie that I am, I'm not sure if it should be
replaced by a different reference, or simply deleted,
but it isn't very helpful as is. -- jpl
