fseek() vs fseeko() on FreeBSD

I just had someone send me a query about CDB_File on FreeBSD accessing
files over 2GB.

I recently changed all the code in CDB_File to use PerlIO_* calls
instead of direct filesystem level calls. But apparently PerlIO_seek()
maps to fseek(), whereas to access files >2GB you need to use fseeko().

Any chance this is something worth fixing in the perl core, or shall I
just patch it locally in CDB_File?

Matt.
