Could you please grab a later maint snapshot

and forward-fit your malloc debug patches to that?

Firstly, there is no Perl_doing_taint().

Secondly, neither gcc nor a proprietary UNIX cc liked this:

	#define Foo1(a,b,c)	...
	#define Foo2(a,b)	Foo1(a,b,)

This was tried in some PERL_SYS_INIT() definition, I forget exactly where...
