Sorry, cannot do so immediately: I am working in Debian GNU/Linux these days (since first of this year) and seldom in Cygwin for the time being. As I begin to substantially surmount this huge new-os-learning-curve I'll have more time to go back to investigating Cygwin-Perl. IOW I haven't dropped interest in Perl on Cygwin, just had to postpone it for a time.
