    Hi,

    I was installing Zlib through CPAN shell and ran into DLL
    unlink problem,. If possible, could you display a message to user
    that it's impossible to install Zlib completerly from cpan 
    prompt. Something like:

    "In Cygwin environment Windows cannot delete active DLLs.
     Therefore to to complete Zlib install, exit the
     CPAN prompt, and run 'make install' by hand under directory
     ~/.cpan/build/Compress-Zlip-VERSION/."

    I'm CC'ing this to Perl 5 porters as well, so that possible
    other developers hear about this Win32/Cygwin problem as well.
