I cannot build bleadperl with the latest release, getting the same
errors now as we got with the 1.5 snapshots. What the heck am I
doing wrong now? I reinstalled cygwin, binutils, gcc, win32api and
even mingw runtime, but still getting this error. IIRC it should
build with the 1.3.x series of cygwin, even the snapshot
1.3.23s/20030410 seems to work, but I see the same errors as before
when using the 1.5 snapshots.
