I'd like to hide it behind a "#ifndef PERL_USE_PMC_FILES".
So the functionality is here unless we want to build a perl tailored
for compilation speed (CGI applications come to mind.)

Or do we really want to kill .pmc files ? That somehow implies
some lack of support for B::Bytecode. (not untrue.)
