I too wondered why and checked.

Okay, looks like MakeMaker autogenerates this and appended onto 
MANIFEST when I did "bleedperl Makefile.PL". Schwern, should this stay 
in MANIFEST or is this a prereq for MakeMaker 6.10_03?
