After I compile perl 5.8.0 for my Tru64 UNIX 5.0 system, when I run
"make test" many of the tests run fine but at one it hangs at:

ext/Storable/t/integer...............ok
ext/Storable/t/interwork56...........skipping test on this platform
ext/Storable/t/lock..................

I have <crtl>-C to terminate "make test".

I tried to run the test individually, but when I do, I see error
messages like:

beech% ./TEST
28495:./perl: /sbin/loader: Fatal Error: cannot map libperl.so

I've made copies available of all the output from each step:
"Configure", "make", "make test" on:

	   http://www.cs.unca.edu/~benites/perl58

What am I doing wrong?
